Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Radiance Drops Review

Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Radiance Drops are sold for $32 at Sephora. This is a multitasking elixir with brightening pearls and is said to give a healthy looking glow. The product claims to be non greasy and should give a pearlecent healthy looking glow. It claims to completely absorb into skin without clogging pores. It claims to work on all skin types. This can be used as a highlighting primer, a lip treatment, it can be mixed into foundation or applied directly to skin. It is formulated with antioxident rich algae, jojoba oil, vitamin E and coconut oil. It is paraben and phthalate free.

In the picture above you can see that this is a facial oil. It has some shimmer to it. I will start out by saying that I have dry skin. I do not know how this would work on anybody else’s skin, but wanted to share my experience.

With this product, a little goes a long way. It spreads out very nicely. It has a very soft citrus scent which I don’t mind. I have tried using this product as a primer, directly on my skin prior to applying foundation. I have also added one drop onto my foundation.

What I like about this product is that I feel like I am doing something good for my skin. I really like when I could incorporate skincare right into my makeup routine.

This product seems to really absorb into the skin fairly quickly. I would agree that on my skin it is not greasy. It gives the skin a very healthy looking glow. When I mix a drop into my foundation and/or if I apply this to my face as a primer, my foundation applies beautifully. This product does not interfere with the way the foundation sits on my skin. For myself, this product is an excellent primer. It prevents my foundation from clinging to dry patches. It does provide a smooth base for my foundation. It gives a healthy glow. This is not a bam, in your face highlight. I love it for dry dull skin because the skin no longer looks dry or dull….. it looks healthy like the product claims. It also has not clogged my pores.

I really enjoy this product for my dry skin. If you have liked other oil primers my guess is you would enjoy this as much as I do. As far as product claims, I believe it does what it claims to do. This product will last a very long time, especially considering that I only apply one drop to my foundation. I would repurchase this product.
